Both the living room and bedrooms are air-conditioned.
Outside, there is a portion of the garden with outdoor furniture where you can spend relaxing moments.
Private parking is available on the property for one car.
Guests will have access to everything in the house.

The apartment is located not far from the famous walls of Lucca's historic center, which can be reached in 5 minutes on foot.
A parking space is available in the property's private parking lot.

Pets are allowed upon request and for a €40.00 supplement.
SCHEDULE:
Check-in from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Check-out by 10:00 AM on the day of departure
For check-in after 8:00 PM guests will pay an extra €30.00 upon arrival.
We do not accept check-ins after 11:00 PM
PLEASE NOTE:
Tourist tax not included, children under 14 are exempt.
Upon check-out, please check that you have taken all your personal items, we are not responsible for any forgetfulness and above all we are not able to send them to you once you have left the house.
SECURITY DEPOSIT (refundable):
Amount: €200.00 by credit card/bank transfer
The deposit will be returned to you within 24 hours of your departure.
