DESCRIPTION:
Casale San Quirico is a typical country house near the center of Lucca; therefore reaching restaurants, shops and supermarkets will be very easy.
The large garden is fully equipped for the summer with an above-ground pool, a table for lunches with friends and comfortable deckchairs to read a book and relax.
You can spend wonderful moments immersed in nature, in absolute peace and tranquility.
On the ground floor there is the living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a recently renovated shower.
On the first floor you will find the double bedroom and another bedroom with two single beds.
Furthermore, for lovers of greenery there are paths to walk along the Nottolini aqueduct reaching up to the Parole d'oro where it will be possible to stop for a pleasant picnic in the open air.
Guests will have the house, the private equipped garden and parking spaces at their disposal.

The swimming pool will be open from June 5th to September 30th.
The house is located about 10 km from the center of Lucca.
The use of a car is recommended.

Check-in from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Check-out by 10:00 AM on the day of departure
For check-in after 7:00 PM guests will pay an extra €50.00 upon arrival.
We do not accept check-ins after 11:00 PM
PLEASE NOTE:
Tourist tax not included, children under 14 are exempt.
Upon check-out, please check that you have taken all your personal items, we are not responsible for any forgetfulness and above all we are not able to send them to you once you have left the house.
SECURITY DEPOSIT (refundable):
Amount: €200.00 by credit card/bank transfer
The deposit will be returned to you within 24 hours of your departure.
